- Porite’s sintered machine part technology makes use of superior know-how to enable the mass production of products including automobile components, high-precision gears, small module gears, low-noise gears, and special shape products.
- Our activities also include increasing mold precision through the development of new base materials and improved processing methods, and the development of presses and die sets incorporating new functions.
- Working with the user from the design phase to identify a shape suitable for powder metallurgy enables the production of products with a complex shape and the strength to fulfill the user’s requirements. Through this, we contribute to lower unit costs for users.
- Porite undertakes manufacturing in the three fields of sintered oil-impregnated bearings, sintered machine parts, and MIM products, and can provide general technology services and product manufacturing including peripheral components.
