Corporate Policy and Commitment on Social Responsibility

1)Purpose of Establishment
As a global corporate group, we are committed to fulfilling our social responsibilities. To this end, we have established the “Corporate Policy and Commitment on Social Responsibility” as a unified code of conduct for all Porite Group companies, including our overseas locations.
2)Objectives
- To clearly articulate our responsibilities within the global supply chain
- To enhance sustainability evaluations from our domestic and international business partners, and to strengthen compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- To establish a consistent standard of conduct across the entire Porite Group
3)Structure and Standards of Conduct
Our policy is built upon four key pillars: Ethics, Labor, Health & Safety, and Environment.

- We uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect intellectual property rights, and are committed to avoiding the use of conflict minerals.
- ②Labor
- We prohibit forced and child labor, ensure non-discriminatory employment practices, and respect the human rights of all employees.

- We provide a safe, healthy, and hygienic working environment, and implement comprehensive emergency preparedness plans.
- ④Environment
- We identify, recycle, and properly dispose of hazardous substances, while promoting energy conservation and the reduction of emissions.
